Welcome to my website. Let me tell you a little about myself. 

I live in the wonderful city of Fort Collins, Colorado with my husband and two Ragdoll cats Red and Nemo. 

I believe in following one's joy. During the lockdown I wrote a series of middle grade chapter books about a girl, Caitlin and her magical cat, Rio. It gives me such joy to write these stories, and then hear from readers how much they enjoyed reading them. I published the first five of these books for family and friends on Amazon. But I found that I didn't know the people who were buying my books. 

For 2022 I decided that I was going to get serious about my writing. I am currently collaborating with a wonderful artist to create professionally designed covers. I am also working on widening the distribution channels so that my books can get into schools and libraries. This is a work in progress.

I have been blogging on and off since 2003. 

I love knitting, embroidery and photography. I love going on road trips and travelling.
